A special invitation is extended to all Fellows, Junior Fellows and Guests to join Districts VII, VIII, IX and XI in Maui, Hawaii this year.  I am very excited about this year’s program.  Dr. Tod Aeby, District VIII Program Chair, has recruited an impressive array of faculty to present an updated edition of the widely acclaimed CME program “Reawakening the Excitement of Obstetrics and Gynecology.”  The program will be further augmented with the District VIII Glen Hayden Memorial Lecture and the District VII Dan Thornton Lecture.   
  
The meeting will begin on Thursday and we’ll kick things off that night with a Poster Reception followed by Whales and Reefs: Appreciating the Excitement of Marine Science” starting at 5:00 PM.    On Friday there will be a “Meet and Greet with Exhibitors” reception in the exhibit hall followed by a “Welcome Luau.”  This will be a fun and special event with dinner and dancing while watching the beautiful Hawaiian sunset.  Festivities begin at 5:00 pm.   
  

Maui offers something for everyone, so bring the family.  There will be plenty of time to enjoy the beaches and parks or take advantage of everything the magnificent and recently remodeled Grand Wailea has to offer.  I look forward to seeing you there!
